Who are we?

Welcome to the website for the Patient Panel of the Health Centre in Audley near Stoke-on-Trent in Staffordshire.

The object of the Patient Panel is to be a voice for all patients of the medical practice based at the Audley Health Centre.  We are a group of patients working with the practice to:

  • contribute to the continuous improvement of service;
  • foster improved communication between the practice and its patients;
  • help patients to take more responsibility for their health; and
  • provide practical support and help to implement change.

The Audley Patient Panel is not a forum for complaints.  If you have a complaint, then you should take this up directly with Audley Health Centre.

2011 Patient Survey

We’d like to say thank you to the 300 patients who took time to complete the 2011 Patient Survey questionnaire.

Why a Patient Panel?

The Patient Panel is here to listen, help and improve the healthcare of patients of the Audley Health Centre.  We are a voluntary, independent group of patients who seek to represent the views of all patients.

We help the Health Centre to find out what patients think about the services provided; what is going well and suggest areas where improvements could be made.  Our aim is to identify patients'  healthcare needs and to inform them as to what is available.
